Reporting to the facilities manager, you will be responsible for maintaining site property and conducting regular inspections. Your work ensures a safe environment while creating exceptional experiences for all stakeholders. You’ll engage in various maintenance activities, including compliance checks and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Change and repair washroom fixtures and appliances
• Repair and paint walls, including minor carpentry tasks
• Maintain vacuum cleaners and other equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units
• Develop strong relationships with team members and guests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• 1+ years in related maintenance roles
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple priorities
• Available for flexible working hours and weekends
