As a Life Enrichment Worker, you’ll design and implement programs that address Physical, Cognitive, Social, Emotional, and Spiritual needs. Experience in Long Term Care will help you create joyous moments—think drumming circles and themed events that bring smiles to our Residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead group programs and events
• Assess individual care needs and create care plans
• Support Residents in program participation
• Document and follow care plans accurately
• Sustain a welcoming and engaging workplace
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, or Gerontology
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Computer skills in Care Planning software
• Current Vulnerable Sector Screening
