This full-time position supports the Youth and Family and New Directions Treatment Program. You will provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy to clients facing sexual offending and other complex challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans that genuinely impact clients' well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments tailored to client needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions




• Participate in case review and planning meetings
• Facilitate referrals to essential community resources
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in therapy
• Authorized to practice psychotherapy in Ontario
• Familiarity with evidence-based intervention programs
