Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project implementation, from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
- Provide technical expertise for Structured Cabling projects, including the review and clarification of drawings and specifications, and the development of accurate scopes and estimates.
- Oversee and manage contractors to ensure timely completion of approved projects, adhering to client‑imposed schedules and deadlines.
- Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just‑in‑time setting.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues, discrepancies in requirements, and scope changes.
- Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage invoicing and revenue recognition, ensuring that all costs align with the budget and project scope.

Qualifications

- 3‑5 years in project management related to Structured Cabling; experience in construction management or PMP is an asset.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills,



with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Bilingualism (French) is a very strong asset.
- Cabling experience and/or outside plant experience is a strong asset.
- PMP designation is an asset.
- BICSI credentials such as RCDD, OSP or RTPM are an asset.

Pay rate is $48.00–$51.00 per hour.
