Strong organizational skills alongside sound customer service will be crucial as you manage both daily tasks and program logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage the main communication channels
• Coordinate logistics for various workshops and events
• Maintain filing systems and assist with bookkeeping
• Prepare essential materials for board meetings
• Assist with member outreach and communications
Requirements:
• Two years of administration or receptionist experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Indigenous governance and cultures appreciated
