What You’ll Do

- Stage and deliver raw materials to fuel the production lines
- Return, organize, and put away materials accurately
- Move finished products and line waste to the right spots
- Operate forklifts and box/roll clamps (training available)
- Support cycle counts and bale technician duties
- Follow SOPs and uphold our highest safety standards

What You Bring

- Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent)
- Able to lift up to 85 lbs / 39 kg
- Ready for a 12-hour continental rotation
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or the drive to earn one)
- Solid safety and attendance record
