As part of the Family Services department, you'll manage Addictions Response Workers under the direction of the Manager of Support Services. Your focus will be on effective case allocation, comprehensive team training, and maintaining service delivery standards. You’ll engage with multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for resolving complex cases in alignment with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate cases and provide necessary support information to staff
• Ensure that service plans meet client needs through effective supervision
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations




• Regularly review and submit all legal documentation
• Collaborate in case reviews and professional development meetings
Requirements:
• Active engagement in Skilled Order of Social Workers with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Deep understanding of addiction treatment models
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
• Must be prepared for flexible working hours due to service demands
