Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives for organizational growth
• Prepare reporting and updates for Board meetings
• Supervise senior leadership and staff recruitment




• Oversee finances and ensure fundraising compliance

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience with autistic individuals is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is necessary
