This role requires a seasoned engineer with experience in MES product deployment who will lead technical teams and enhance operational efficiency. You will mentor team members, coordinate project activities, and optimize processes while ensuring compliance with SDLC methodology. Your expertise in a range of technologies and systems will enable successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical mentor for the team
• Lead deployments and monitor team progress
• Assign technical tasks and resolve queries
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on POMSnet implementation
• Support critical MES projects and enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
• 5-7 years of technical experience in MES
• Robust SQL and Oracle knowledge
• Familiarity with ERP, LIMS, and Maximo systems
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
