Join our dynamic team at Enduride as a Machine Operator. If you enjoy working with conventional machine tools and tackling technical challenges in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.





Your future role

- Operate conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, boring machine)
- Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and blueprints
- Make necessary adjustments to machines
- Inspect produced parts according to quality standards
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, gauges)
- Perform maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment
- Comply with health and safety standards

Required Skills

- DEP in machining or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Proficiency with conventional machine tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of the metric and imperial systems
- Resourcefulness, independence, and attention to detail
- Team player and good communication skills
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
