Rockcliff Auto is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are new to the industry, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed.

Compensation:

- Base allowance: $800 – $1,200/month (based on experience)
- Competitive commission structure on every vehicle sold
- Average earning potential: $2,800 – $6,500+/month depending on performance and sales ability
- Training and growth opportunities provided

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate deals and help customers through the buying process
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to generate sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with vehicle pickups, drop-offs,



and dealership operations when required
- Work with the sales and finance team to complete transactions

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers
- Must be reliable and motivated to achieve targets
- Valid G/G2 license preferred
- Automotive experience is an asset but not required — training will be provided
