As part of our dedicated team, you will work up to 29 hours weekly in a crucial role that aligns with our mission to raise funds for Diabetes Canada. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibility includes collecting items from charity bins and transporting them safely. This role requires robust organizational skills for efficient route mapping and excellent customer service to foster positive public interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive assigned routes to collect charity donations
• Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Submit daily Hours of Service Logs and paperwork




• Provide clear communication with dispatch during shifts
• Participate in driving-related training and initiatives
Requirements:
• Valid G licence with minimum 5 years driving experience
• Clean driver abstract with no recent violations
• Good map-reading and route planning abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Capacity to handle 10-50 lbs loads
