In this role, you will ensure timely meal preparation for up to 150 staff members while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards. As part of a dynamic kitchen team, you will operate under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, making the mornings enjoyable for everyone. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative workplace and possess relevant cooking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve breakfast buffets efficiently
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen




• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare food for additional meal services
• Maintain daily inventory and prep lists
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food Safe and WHMIS certifications needed
• 2-3 years of kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and varied shifts
• Punctuality and good hygiene required
