This established Mississauga CPA firm is looking for a Tax Manager who can combine strong technical knowledge with practical advice. You’ll work closely with private companies, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals, helping clients navigate everything from annual compliance to reorganizations, transactions and longer-term planning.

What you’ll do:

- Manage Canadian tax compliance, planning and advisory engagements
- Review corporate, personal and trust tax returns
- Advise clients on reorganizations, succession planning and transactions
- Research complex tax matters and prepare technical memoranda
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key client contacts
- Review work and provide coaching to junior team members
- Work closely with partners on complex files and client strategy
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients

What they’re looking for:

- At least 5 years of Canadian CPA firm tax experience
- Strong Canadian corporate, personal and trust tax knowledge
- Experience with tax planning, reorganizations or transaction-related work
- Completion or pursuit of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program would be an asset
- Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Canadian CPA firm experience is required
