Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers • Define multi-year technical strategies and align SRE roadmaps • Enhance incident management practices and reduce MTTR • Own disaster-recovery strategies and execution plans • Manage budget, tooling, and relationships with vendors

Requirements: • 8+ years in technical roles, with 1+ in engineering leadership • Strong foundation in SRE principles and practices • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and modern SRE tools • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Understanding of AI integration in operations
