Become a pivotal figure in adult education with the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT). As the Program Coordinator, you'll ensure seamless delivery of programs tailored for First Nations Learners while managing vital collaborations.
This role emphasizes responsibility in the administration of educational services, program development, and recruitment of quality instructors. You will work closely with the Dean and industry professionals to adapt programs that benefit students, clients, and communities. Regular travel to program sites will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage coordination and administration of training programs
• Supervise staff and evaluate program effectiveness




• Develop positive working relationships with community partnerships
• Maintain timely course schedules and content coverage
• Assist in student onboarding and program information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar discipline
• 5 years teaching experience preferred
• Robust program administration skills needed
• Experience with First Nations communities is advantageous
• Valid driver's license for required travel
