Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the membership CRM with current member data
• Drive implementation of CRM features and user training




• Support annual membership renewals and outreach initiatives
• Manage sponsor invoicing and deliverable tracking
• Organize team meetings and logistics effectively
Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in business development
• Strong background in membership services and CRM management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Familiarity with renewable energy is desirable
