This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for an experienced Plant Manager or a Supervisor/Assistant Manager ready to advance. We're seeking leaders with grain and pulse processing experience who enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily grain and pulse processing operations including receiving, cleaning, grading, sizing, splitting, loading/unloading, and storage
- Operate and supervise processing equipment including cleaners, gravity tables, de‑stoners, indents, and color sorters
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Lead and supervise a team of approximately 15 employees
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow
- Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot operational issues




- Track plant performance, maintain production records, and drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, accountable team setting

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive experience in grain or pulse processing (Plant Operator, Lead Hand, Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, or Plant Manager)
- Experience operating grain/pulse processing equipment and grading products
- Previous leadership experience in grain, agriculture, food processing, or commodities
- Knowledge of plant operations, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards
