Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA programming as directed
• Provide direct support in clients’ homes or community
• Accurately record and graph client data
• Document client progress consistently
• Maintain communication with the Senior Therapist and BCBA team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months ABA experience
• College diploma or university degree in a relevant area
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and personal transportation
• RBT cert or pursuing it is beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
