Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Operate relevant equipment as needed
• Support the physical and recreational needs of residents
• Perform other assigned duties effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Resident Care Aide Program
• Current registration with the Care Aide Health Worker Registry
• Previous experience in residential care preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to handle job duties
