As a Personal Support Worker, you will monitor and report on residents’ care, assist with documentation, and engage in continuous education. Responsibilities include onboarding new staff and adhering to Infection Prevention and Control policies. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a home-like atmosphere in AgeCare’s communities across Alberta, BC, and Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care according to established plans
• Document care information as directed by supervisors
• Participate in in-service education and staff meetings




• Assist in onboarding current staff members
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures diligently
Requirements:
• Graduation from a Personal Support Worker Program
• Compliance with vocational standards from Ministry of Training
• Knowledge of geriatric care and sanitation practices
• Ability to administer basic treatments and bedside care
