Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems
• Lead site improvement initiatives and digital adaptations
• Act as a mentor for apprentices and junior staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
• Support site operations during turnaround maintenance
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Millwright
• Must hold a Red Seal certification
• Experience with rotating machinery and hydraulics
• Robust mentorship and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential
