Our Western Canadian Engineering group is in search of a client-facing leader for our Mechanical & Electrical practice. This position not only provides hands-on project execution but also involves shaping the team’s growth and market influence. You will liaise with senior leadership and develop pipeline strategies while nurturing client relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expand key markets by leading client engagement initiatives
• Coordinate and prepare proposals for mechanical projects
• Provide technical oversight on project execution as a Discipline Lead




• Mentor engineers to foster technical development
• Collaborate with teams nationally to harmonize practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical design
• Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC preferred
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
