As a key member of the finance team, you will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, conduct technical accounting research, and assist in creating continuous disclosure documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Assist in drafting continuous disclosure and AGM materials
• Conduct research for complex financial transactions




• Support external audit processes and prepare audit-ready documentation
• Prepare investor communication materials and perform industry benchmarking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Robust Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Interest in public company reporting and cannabis industry
