We are seeking a Recreation Programs Assistant with a robust background in recreation or sport programming. You will supervise various recreational events and provide administrative support to our Sport and Recreation department. The role requires a minimum of one year’s experience and a demonstrated ability to connect with a diverse student population through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sport and recreation program implementation
• Ensure facilities are safe and properly managed
• Plan and execute programs attracting student participation




• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
• Respond to and de-escalate hostile or upset clients
Requirements:
• Relevant university diploma in Recreation or related field
• Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred
• Strong initiative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recreation software
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel between campuses
