Join O.E.M. Remanufacturing as a dedicated Core Management Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely return of core parts to Finning, focused on core entitlements.
Directly responsible for processes related to Caterpillar OR cores, you will work with internal and external partners to create solutions. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating core transactions and updating critical tracking reports. Your analytical skills will help in resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate processing for maximum credit recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze all core-related transactions for accuracy
• Create effective loads for core returns
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication
• Assign daily tasks to OR Material Handlers
• Monitor tracking reports and update management
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in materials management preferred
• Administrational experience required
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Robust organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
