• Conduct change management assessments for various initiatives • Provide leadership consulting for sustained organizational change • Design leadership development programs aligned with priorities • Plan and coordinate leadership update meetings and forums • Develop necessary materials for leadership engagement

Requirements: • Five years of experience in organizational effectiveness • Prosci Change Management Certification preferred • Master’s in Organizational Development or related areas preferred • Robust communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and build relationships
