Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety while supporting organized activities. You will observe and report on patients' wellbeing, maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily living activities for patients and residents
• Assist nurses with routine care and personal hygiene




• Observe and report on patients' mood and health
• Help organize activities and programs for patients
• Maintain a secure environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Active or eligible for HCA registration in Alberta
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Commitment to patient care and safety
