Lead the charge in channel partnerships with OTT Pay as a Senior Manager. This role is integral in expanding the independent sales agent network while driving seamless activation across Ontario.
As part of OTT Pay, you will focus on strategically recruiting and enabling independent sales agents and payment brokers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing network performance, managing agent relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure quality and compliance within the merchant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and activate independent sales agents effectively
• Conduct agent training on product offerings and compliance
• Analyze processing volumes and report key metrics




• Work with teams to address retention and quality assurance
• Provide insights on channel economics to leadership
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in merchant services
• Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian payment landscape
• Ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Solid command of English communication skills
