This seasonal, full time role reports to the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for creating 4 to 6 course menus and providing exceptional service for private bookings. Collaboration with the culinary team is crucial to maintain high standards and execute a variety of dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare gourmet meals for up to 25 guests
• Create personalized menus based on guest preferences
• Assist in the Main Lodge Kitchen when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
• Comply with British Columbia health regulations
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-3 years in a professional kitchen role
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
• Effective communication skills
• Class 5 Driver's License needed
