Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate therapy and psychoeducation groups
• Conduct group intake and assessment independently

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Three years’ experience in geriatric mental health
• Expertise in group dynamics and facilitation
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
