Transform lives as a Part-Time Youth Support Worker at Phoenix Center. This role is pivotal in guiding youth to achieve their personal goals and maintain their well-being in a supportive workplace.
You will play a crucial part in the Youth & Young Adult Program, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist youth with immediate needs and facilitate their transition to healthy adulthood. Engaging with at-risk youth aged 17-24, you will help implement care plans and support their individual development. Your efforts will help create a safe and encouraging atmosphere for personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate youth meetings and life skills activities
• Assist clients with daily activities and community integration




• Respond to behavioral or emotional crises with care
• Monitor site security and maintain residence cleanliness
• Document and manage case files accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• Certificate in Community Social Service or equivalent
• One year relevant work experience
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license
• Certifications in Food Safe and First Aid preferred
