Key Responsibilities:
• Guide property operations with an emphasis on safety and compliance
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements and renewals




• Create and manage financial performance related to leases
• Foster relationships with vendors for maintenance services
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or relevant experience
• 5–7 years managing leasing and property operations
• Active property management license
• Detailed knowledge of relevant safety regulations
• Proven skills in financial management and negotiation
