Your position involves daily support for individuals in shared living environments, focusing on daily living routines and goal-based care. Collaborating with allied health professionals, you'll deliver personal care, meal preparation, and medication support. Your goal is to empower clients in a meaningful way while ensuring their safety and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance
• Support medication delivery and health-related tasks
• Drive clients to appointments and community activities
• Encourage exercise, rehabilitation, and social participation
Requirements:
• Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Food Protected certification necessary
• TB screening and immunization declaration
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
