Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging programs tailored to participants’ needs
• Support clients with daily living and community activities
• Implement and monitor individualized support plans




• Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming workplace
• Engage in outreach and community bonding activities
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Social Services or related field
• 1-2 years' experience in community support
• First Aid/CPR certification mandatory
• Class 5 Driver’s License and positive record
• Physical capability to assist in recreational activities
