About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales, Customer Success & Growth to take the helm of its North American go-to-market organization. This pivotal role involves full revenue lifecycle leadership, with a focus on new business, retention, and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the health, forecast, and growth of the entire North American book of business, managing a team of function leaders and working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align global go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, deeply accountable,
and commercially rigorous leader, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. They should be adept at team leadership, forecasting, and driving acquisition, retention, and expansion. The role requires an individual who is a builder and strategist, capable of optimizing operations and fostering executive alignment.
Applicants for the VP of Sales, Customer Success & Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive GTM leadership experience, with a strong background in managing Senior Directors or equivalent leaders. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, including driving retention and expansion revenue. The candidate must be a cross-functional unifier, with the ability to build trust and align teams across different functions. Experience in cybersecurity, ITSM, or adjacent enterprise IT software is a plus.
