We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and cooperative Accounting Associate to join a growing Ontario-based organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a hands‑on, rapid‑paced environment and enjoys working across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who brings both technical accounting experience and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and strong service delivery.

Role

- Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Prepare and issue invoices, apply payments, and reconcile accounts
- Monitor outstanding balances and conduct professional collections
- Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and manage payments
- Support month‑end activities , reconciliations, and audit requests
- Maintain accurate financial records within an ERP system - Odoo

Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Experience

- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in A/R, A/P, and general accounting




- Experience with ERP systems - Odoo
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general office software
- Professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, team‑oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

- Experience in small‑to‑mid‑sized organizations
- Exposure to field‑service or operations‑based environments
- Familiarity with GST/HST or government reporting

Salary & Benefits
