Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care tailored to pediatric needs
• Assist with enteral tube feeds and medication delivery




• Perform catheter care and monitoring of respiratory health
• Provide tracheostomy care and other nursing duties
• Manage school-related care assignments in the community
Requirements:
• Active registration with the CLPNA
• Explicit Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector clearance
• Up-to-date CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a vehicle for transportation
• Proficiency in mobile documentation
