Position Summary

NuVista Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and adaptable In-Person Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our TMS clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and support clients throughout their clinic visits.
- Assist with appointment coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Support clinicians and operational staff with day-to-day clinic activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with electronic medical records.
- Prepare and organize clinic spaces, supplies, and materials.
- Provide non-clinical patient support and ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams.
- Assist with operational improvements and special projects as assigned.
- Cross-train to provide support across programs and clinic locations as required.




- Perform other related duties that support the efficient operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

- Experience in a healthcare, medical office, or mental health setting.
- Personal Care Worker (PCW), Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or equivalent healthcare support certification considered an asset.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- CPR/First Aid certification.
