This essential position requires a university degree in Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, along with two years of relevant experience. You will assist tenants in achieving their goals through life skills programming, crisis intervention, and housing support. Your role will also emphasize dignity, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care while liaising with community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and education to tenants in the housing program
• Assist clients with daily living skills and personal goals




• Deliver life skills programming and crisis intervention when necessary
• Ensure dignified and culturally respectful service delivery
• Liaise with community workers for tenant support and resources
Requirements:
• University degree related to mental health fields
• Two years of experience with mental illness and homelessness
• Knowledge of Toronto's community resources
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong organizational and cultural sensitivity skills
