Reporting to the Director of Ontario Works, you will provide strategic leadership in service delivery for Ontario Works and other support programs. Your role involves guiding supervisors and ensuring compliance with legislation, program integrity, and client support functions. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data and managing operational budgets to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic leadership for Ontario Works programs
• Oversee program implementation and evaluation initiatives
• Manage supervisor teams for effective front-line services




• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Services or related field
• Progressive leadership in social services management
• Experience in unionized work environments
• Robust analytical and planning skills
