Elevate community care as a Clinical Lead Nurse with Senior Helpers Okanagan in Kelowna, BC. This part-time role is a pathway to becoming Client Services Manager while fostering meaningful relationships in our community.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you'll join our leadership team part time (8-24 hours/week) to enhance quality care and operations. You will spearhead Qmentum accreditation efforts, support the Client Services team, and play a vital role in system optimization and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Qmentum Accreditation preparation and compliance
• Develop and audit clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
• Create efficient workflows for the Client Services team
• Coach and guide team members in care expectations
• Engage with the community at events and health fairs
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in accredited environments preferred
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Leadership experience in health care settings
