A typical day:

- Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
- Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in‑store experience




- Focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising

Successful candidates will have:

- Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
- Show strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Exhibit confident leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities
