• Provide seamless service for member inquiries
• Facilitate the cross-selling of additional services
• Process ICBC transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or diploma
• At least 2 years in an insurance services role
• Understanding of insurance industry practices
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective member support
