Brandt is seeking an experienced Parts Leadhand to manage the parts department's daily operations. This leadership role emphasizes safety standards, effective inventory tracking, and customer service excellence. You will ensure the adherence to internal standards while mentoring employees in parts handling and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure shipping and receiving standards are consistently met
• Monitor warehouse activities for compliance with safety standards
• Address customer parts needs and investigate order issues




• Coordinate annual physical inventory and oversee shift scheduling
• Document employee performance issues and facilitate training
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in parts operations
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer systems in parts operations
• Journeyperson certification is an asset
