Key Responsibilities:
• Lead conference planning and liaise with vendors for services
• Manage conference AV technology for seamless execution
• Produce high-quality videos and multimedia presentations




• Organize workshops and training initiatives across Canada
• Track and report on conference engagement statistics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or College diploma in communications or event management
• 1-2 years of experience in communications and event coordination
• Familiarity with e-communication tools and graphic design software
• Robust attention to detail and excellent writing skills
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
