This permanent position focuses on instructional design, utilizing adult learning principles for in-person and online training. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in instructional design and training delivery, alongside expertise in creating E-learning modules. A deep understanding of change or project management is essential to support effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, user-centric e-learning experiences
• Develop training workshops for various methodologies
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and Communities of Practice
• Consult with leaders to assess change needs
• Maintain project records and completion data
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in human resources or related field
• At least three years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and LMS integration
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with coaching methodologies for project sponsors
