Begin your career as an Entry-Level Truck Driver with Bison Transport. We're hiring candidates for a 2-year commitment to cross-border driving with a MELT Class 1/AZ license, eligible for U.S. entry.
This role allows you to drive on Highway 17 and requires being on the road 5 to 10 days at a time. You’ll need to be available for 24 dispatch days in a month, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive across the border following safety guidelines
• Be available for dispatch as scheduled
• Use reliable equipment and technology on the road
• Document all border crossing necessities
• Uphold standards of teamwork and punctuality
Requirements:
• MELT driver’s license obtained within 6 months
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• Live within one hour of the Winnipeg Terminal
• Have held a Canadian Class 5/G License for over a year
• No more than two moving violations in the past two years
