At GFL, we're seeking a dedicated Side Load Driver to manage the delivery and hauling of waste from various customer sites. You will navigate daily routes, secure bins, and ensure proper load dumping at transfer stations. Your keen attention to detail will contribute to accurate paperwork completion and adherence to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform deliveries and pickups of waste containers
• Drive to customer sites and secure bins for transport
• Complete driver check-ins for paperwork accuracy
• Follow protocols while dumping loads at facilities
• Lift and attach roll-off hooks to bins as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 License with Air Brake endorsement
• 1-2 years driving experience in transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
