Step into the role of Workday Specialist, Talent Insights & Reporting with Lightspeed. This full time, temporary position focuses on scaling Workday reporting and delivering impactful insights.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in the Workday reporting ecosystem, collaborating closely with HR leaders and Finance. Your tasks will include designing custom reports across multiple Workday modules and extracting valuable data insights. You will help shape our data strategy, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of workforce information while driving business goals and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and build custom Workday reports across various modules • Analyze data trends and workforce metrics to generate insights • Implement data quality checks and audit reporting logic • Maintain data governance policies and management practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements: • 3+ years of Workday reporting experience • Proficient in advanced reporting tools and calculations • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables • Experience handling confidential HR data • Fluent in English for effective communication
